I woke up Sunday morning and went out in the yard/ I took along my shovel and I dug down deep and hard I looked down in the hole there and learned the awful news/ I got that empty feeling they call the earthworm blues. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalll, all my worms is gone. Packed up their bags and moved along. I got no one to talk to, no one to chew my lawn All, all, all, all my worms is gone. I went back Monday morning to take another peek/ Just hoping that my earthworms were playing hide and seek. I couldn't find the nowhere, they took their traveling shoes I got that empty feeling, they call the earthworm blues. |
